Purchase
Here we can ensure that clients are guided safely through the whole process of purchasing a property from initial discovery of a property, noting formal interest, arranging an appropriate survey, negotiating the purchase, completion of a binding contract, the legal formalities involved in transfer of ownership and settlement of the purchase tranaction.
Sale
We provide a marketing and Estate Agency service with no hidden costs – we produce Sales Particulars in-house so that we have full control over production and content. No additional charge for photographs, printing of in- house Sales Particulars or erection of the For Sale Board. The only immediate cost, which we strongly recommend, would be for registration of the property in the Perthshire Solicitors Property Centre (PSPC), of which the Firm is a member, which is the most effective way of ensuring a property is brought to the attention of the widest audience at very reasonable cost.
We are always happy to provide a complete package of Estate Agency and Conveyancing to include completion of a binding legal contract and transfer of ownership when we can offer a special
all inclusive fee.
Lease
We are able to handle the letting of property – both domestic and commercial. A great deal depends on the particular circumstances but on receipt of the relevant details will be happy to advise on the services we can offer and the likely cost.
